What are KANIZ pieces made of?
The Kashmir Archive, The Sozni Edit and The Quiet Palette are made of 100% pure cashmere pashmina. The Everyday Edit, our semi-pashmina pieces, is made of 100% fine wool.
Is each piece one of a kind?
Our embroidered pashmina pieces, in The Kashmir Archive and The Sozni Edit, are each embroidered by hand in Sozni by a single Kashmiri artisan: over several months, or more than two years for The Kashmir Archive. No two are exactly alike. The pieces of The Quiet Palette are pure pashmina without embroidery. The pieces of The Everyday Edit are fine wool, handwoven and finished with hand-embroidered Sozni.
What size are the shawls and stoles?
The Kashmir Archive shawls measure 36 × 80 in (approx. 91 × 203 cm). Our stoles measure 28 × 80 in (approx. 71 × 203 cm). The size is also shown on every product page.
How should I care for my pashmina?
Have it professionally dry cleaned by a specialist in fine wool or cashmere, and never machine wash it. Store it folded in a breathable cotton or muslin bag, never in plastic. Our care guide explains more.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 2–5 business days within Italy and 3–7 business days within the European Union. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery within Italy is free; delivery to the rest of the European Union costs €29. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the European Union?
At the moment we deliver within Italy and the European Union.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
Yes. If you live in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason: simply email us, then send the piece back within 14 days. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is generally paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, or where applicable law provides otherwise. Please read our Returns and Refunds policy for full details.

How can I pay?
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and the available payment methods are shown at checkout. We never ask for card details by email.
