Who you buy from
KANIZ is the trading name of KANIZ DI MUSHTAQ IBRAHEEM BIN MUSHTAQ, Ditta Individuale, Via Bianca Maria Visconti 14, 27100 Pavia (PV), Italy, Partita IVA 03055310183. Contact: kaniz.pashmina@gmail.com; telephone +39 334 3858781. These terms apply to purchases made on this website.
Products
Please review the product description, composition, measurements and care information before ordering. Our embroidered pieces are worked by hand, so small variations in the stitching are part of their character. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. None of this limits your rights if goods do not match their description.
Orders and the contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Many of our pieces are one of a kind: if a piece is no longer available, we will tell you promptly and refund any amount paid in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro. The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you place your order. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments; you may use the payment methods offered at checkout. We never ask for card details by email.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, costs and delivery times. Our Refund Policy explains the right of withdrawal, return costs and refunds. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
Consumers in the EU benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years for goods. Remedies include repair or replacement at no cost or, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund. This is separate from change-of-mind returns.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.
Complaints and applicable law
Please send any complaint to kaniz.pashmina@gmail.com; we will reply as soon as possible. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Out-of-court dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law remain open to consumers.
