Kashmir has a long tradition of reversible shawls called dorukha, meaning "two-faced." Historically they were considered a mark of the highest craftsmanship, made to look equally beautiful on both sides.
Every KANIZ piece carries the heritage of Kashmir. Zabarwan is our tribute to the valley at dusk, and to the quiet luxury of pure pashmina.
